By purchasing or downloading any product from Family Haven (shop.familyboard.uk), you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not make a purchase.
2. Personal use licence
All Family Haven printables are sold under a personal use licence. This means you may download, print, and use the files for your own personal, non-commercial use within your household. You may print multiple copies for personal use.
3. Restrictions
You may not: resell or redistribute our files in digital or printed form; share the digital files with others (please purchase a copy for them instead); use our designs for commercial purposes without a commercial licence; claim ownership of our designs; modify and resell our designs.
4. Intellectual property
All designs, graphics, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Family Haven. All rights are reserved. Purchasing a product grants you a licence to use it — it does not transfer ownership of the design.
5. Digital product policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds once files have been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue — such as a corrupted file — please contact us at hello@familyboard.uk and we will resolve it promptly.
6. Accuracy of products
We take care to ensure our products are accurate and high quality. However, we make no warranties about the suitability of any product for a specific purpose. Colours may vary slightly depending on your monitor and printer settings.
7. Limitation of liability
Family Haven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
