How do I get my files after purchase?
As soon as your payment is confirmed you'll be taken to a download page where you can download your files instantly. You'll also receive an email receipt with your download links so you can access them again any time.
What format are the files in?
All our printables are delivered as high-quality PDF files, optimised for A4 paper. They're designed to look great whether you print in full colour or black and white.
What size paper do I need?
All our printables are designed for standard A4 paper (210mm × 297mm), which is the most common size used in UK home printers. If you're in the US, you can print on Letter size — just select "fit to page" in your print settings.
Can I print the files more than once?
Absolutely! Your personal use licence lets you print your files as many times as you like for your own household. Lost a sheet? Just print it again.
Can I share the files with friends or family?
Our licence covers personal use for your own home. You're welcome to gift a copy to someone — just purchase a separate copy for them rather than sharing the file itself. This helps us keep creating new designs!
Can I use the printables for commercial purposes?
No — all our printables are for personal use only. They cannot be resold, redistributed, or used commercially. If you're interested in a commercial licence, please contact us.
What if I'm not happy with my purchase?
Because our products are digital downloads, we're unable to offer refunds once the files have been downloaded. However, if you experience a technical issue or the file is corrupted, please contact us at hello@familyboard.uk and we'll sort it out straight away.
Do the printables work in black and white?
Yes! All our designs are created with both colour and black & white printing in mind. They're fully usable in greyscale — perfect if you want to save on ink.
I didn't receive my download email — what do I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, email us at hello@familyboard.uk with your order details and we'll resend your files right away.
Can I edit or customise the printables?
Our printables are supplied as PDF files and are not editable. They're designed to be used as-is — most include blank spaces for you to write your own information in by hand.
